On Saturday, July 1st, members of the AMAL met in Brouch in order to head to Habay-la-Neuve and the Journée Portes-ouvertes of the famous Collection Thiry. Due to bad weather conditions, we did the trip by car. All of us, except for Ralph, who seems to be the only real, die-hard motorcycle rider among a bunch of sissies.
At Thiry, we took part in a guided tour of the premises and learned some fascinating details about some of the bikes on display. A few members even had the opportunity to talk to the experts about questions regarding their own bikes at home.
After the visit, we had lunch together at a local Pizza joint before heading home in the early afternoon. In our cars. Again: except for Ralph. Ralph bravely faced the elements on his bike.
The AMAL would like to thank Collection Thiry for the entertaining day.
